Chile, 1992. Nine-year-old Inés is spending the summer with her grandparents, who run a hotel near a ski resort. There she befriends Hanna, a young German skier, who suddenly vanishes without a trace. Determined to help find her missing friend, Inés soon discovers that not every adult wants the truth to come to light.
