A man sets out to see the sea for the very first time. A long, dreamlike journey, an encounter with a fair-haired woman, a tiny island in the middle of the sea—all flicker and dissolve into pixels and fragments of memory. Meanwhile, in an empty modern apartment, a young man tries to reach his father by phone, searching for a way to reconnect with something that has been lost forever.
